illa La Osa Menor is a large (aprox. 400 m2) 2 storey seafront villa for rent in Moraira, located in the most exclusive and enviable position of the area, with spectacular sea -and mountain views on the Mediterranean with its famous Calpe Ifach Rock, the landmark of the Costa Blanca, the impressive marina and the mountain peaks of Bernia. The rental villa is situated right above the yacht harbour, 'green zone' and seafront promenade and is in walking distance to the beach and the village. There is a staircase leading to the sea at 50 meters; flat rocks ideal for a quick swim, snorkelling and windsurf. Villa la Osa Menor is standing in its own walled, well tended, mature garden of grand old tropical palms with a kidney shaped private pool with roman steps, surrounded by terraces and a separate brick built barbecue area. All the commercial and sports facilities are in walking distance or very nearby. No need for a car, unless for big shopping. The garden, pool and the villa are superbly maintained. 

About the villa and its layout :  

The accommodation is located in 2 units under the same roof, an ideal combination for guests, wishing to holiday together, yet maintain some independence and privacy.

Upstairs (entrance level): entrance, kitchen, sitting room (comfortable for 10) with fireplace, elegant dining room (10), 3 bedrooms all with bathrooms-en-suite ( one bathroom has a washing machine, iron and board), large covered and open terrace with garden furniture for 6.

Downstairs (pool level): Sitting/dining room (comfortable for 5), kitchen, laundry with washing machine, iron and board, 2 bedrooms, each with marble bathroom-en-suite, large covered terrace with garden furniture for 4.

Barbecue Area: Large brick built barbecue area with fridge, dishwasher, crockery, glasses and cutlery for 10 persons. Granite table and 10 chairs.

Pool: 10 sunbeds, 2 outside showers.

Details: The villa has marble floors throughout and Spanish style high standard furniture. Each room has French doors, except the 2 kitchens, all the bathrooms and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is central heating for cool evenings in winter and spring and ceiling fans in each bedroom for hot summer days. All bedrooms  have air-conditioning! On request and for a small fee, there is an unlimited ADSL internet connection. The kitchen upstairs has a dishwasher, freezer/ fridge, microwave, oven, vacuum cleaner, juicer, tea kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery for 10 persons .The kitchen downstairs has the same, but there is no dishwasher. The living room upstairs has a fireplace, seating for 10, satellite TV (CNN, Eurosport, Sky News, CNBC etc.), DVD player and a book-case full of books and games. The dining room upstairs has seating for 10, audio stereo tape/cd player with radio and crockery for 10 persons. The living/dining room downstairs has a fireplace, seating for 5, satellite TV (CNN, Eurosport, Sky News, CNBC etc.)  and a VCR ( video shops with English speaking films in the village). Crockery for 4 persons. Each bedroom has twin beds, which joined together make a King-size bed of 1.80 X 2.00 meters. There is central heating throughout. There is one carport for 2 cars and another carport for one car.
